Speak to usThis unit of work has been designed to help deepen the students’ understanding of the negative effects that humans can have on our environments. The students will identify the different types of Australian environments and the life forms, which they support. The students will do some research on a specific environment to examine the effects that humans are having, and will also examine the relationship that Aboriginal people have with the land. The students will then identify and research environmental issues such as the Greenhouse Effect, which are having a negative effect on the environment. They will then identify a number of organizations, which are committed to saving the environment and will find out how they operate.
