Netta Netball
This mini unit has been designed to help develop the students’ understanding of the modified game of netball and to help develop the skills used in the game. The first session will focus on different types of passes used in Netta-netball such as shoulder, chest, bounce and lob pass. The following sessions will focus on goal shooting, defending, attacking, stepping and pivoting. The students will then learn about the positions and rules of Netta-netball. The students will play netball in the fourth and fifth session and will participate in a Netta-netball competition in the last session.
