Fractions and Decimals 2.1
In this unit the students will investigate the concept of fractions. The students will model halves, quarters, eighths of a collection of objects. The students will then select a fraction card and select materials to make this fraction. Both tasks should be repeated using fifths and tenths once these fractions have been mastered.
