3D Space 3.1
In this unit, the students will investigate 3 dimensional shapes. The students will sort 3 dimensional objects according to more complex attributes. They will investigate the nets for the shape and the different ways of measuring the shape. The students will then make different shapes using polydrons and will describe the different attributes of these shapes such as axis of symmetry and cross sections. They will also record the shapes from different perspectives.
