In this unit, the students will investigate angles. The students will sort and describe angles, identifying them by their Mathematical names e.g. acute, right, obtuse and reflex angles, and will compare angles that they find in the environment. The students will then investigate the angles in the patterning blocks, naming them and using a protractor to help measure them.
