2D Space 1.1
In this unit, the students will investigate simple 2D shapes. They will recognise and name simple shapes such as square, rectangle, circle, diamond, hexagon, rhombus, trapezium and oval. They will begin to use formal language to describe sides and corners. They will use everyday language to describe other attributes such as angles.
